I am the oldest boy (3rd oldest child) of Lee’s children. I was 20 years old and in Vermont serving an LDS mission whenDad told me that he had met a woman with 8 children in Utah! I came home to a new house, 8 new siblings, and a new life.
The Coleman’s have added a wonderful dynamic to the family. They all bring enthusiasm, excitement and love to anything they are currently working on. I have loved having them in my life. When I took Ashlee to meet the family for the first time, I asked her if she could tell who among the gaggle of people introducing themselves were my blood siblings and who was not. She responded that she had no idea, and that she was amazed at how close we had become over such a short period of time.
In the 2 years that Ashlee and I have been married, we have spent much of that time not at our house. We enjoy backpacking, camping, biking, running, and traveling. We are currently living in Columbia, South Carolina where I am a Ph.D student at the Moore School of Business. We are expecting our first child (a girl) due in late October 2014 and could not be happier.
